Verosimilmente a Portella venne aperta, energicamente affumata e risigillata con il bollo della Deputazione di Salute del Porto di Napoli (sulla ceralacca nera si legge perfettamente "Regno delle due Sicilie"). Bollo postale Napoli 25.8. Rara.
