PROV. 1-3 Maggio 1859 - fascetta di 15 PORTI per l'interno del Ducato da PARMA 2 MAG 59 a Fiorenzuola, affrancata con 10 c. nero (2) + 25 c. bruno lilla e 40 c. azzurro con "0" largo (10 + 11) formanti una tricolore ad oggi unica conosciuta impreziosita dall'uso nel periodo 1/3 Maggio 59 in cui fu costituito il primo Governo Provvisorio del Ducato. Insieme eccezionale ed inestimabile della Storia Postale del Risorgimento Italiano. Cert. E.Diena, cert. Avanzo.
