Dalla Delegazione Intendenza Italiana presente a Gibuti. Il cartellino di Raccomandazione in rosa fu apposto a Gibuti. Generalmente veniva adoperato per la corrispondenza ufficiale non affrancata. Da Gibuti la lettera fu inoltrata Via Addis Abeba (ove fu affrancata con PA Eritrea 1 l. (A.21) + Etiopia 20 + 30 c. (2+4) e ricevette il raro annullo per il Servizio Speciale Vaglia Emissione B in data 10 dicembre 1937). E' un rarissimo documento di Storia Postale della Guerra d'Etiopia. Cert. Sor.
